The Retro Bar's Blurbs

About me:

We are one of Manchester's premier live music venues hosting regular band nights as well as being home to a wide range of club nights including 'Sin City', 'Voodoo', 'Killing Fantasy' and 'Up the Racket' to name but a few.

We have recently had a brand new top-of-the-range sound system fitted. Here's the gist: Mackie SA 1530z High Definition Active Cabs, 1400 Watt per side. 2 Wharfdale EVPX ceiling-mounted monitors. 6 Shure SM58 Mics. 1 Samson 500 Watt Sub-Woofer.

Upstairs is a traditional English pub with a friendly, attitude-free atmosphere, and a good selection of home-cooked food served from 9am-3pm.

We are open from 9am every morning until 2am Sunday-Thursday and until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays... yes, 3am.

Current special drinks offers... House Double Spirit w/Draught Mixer - £2.30... Bottles of House Wine - £5 (Between 4-7pm only).... House Double Vodka Redbull - £3.30... Bottles of Becks - Buy One Get One Free!

Situated on Sackville Street, Manchester. Opposite the UMIST building and 500 yards from 5th Avenue.
